NEWS TO SHARE ! The Live Oak Public Library system has offered the Savannah Qigong Collaborative new spaces and times for community practice. This means some immediate changes/additions to our schedule.
1) Wednesdays @ 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM–practice at the UU Church has migrated to the Bull St. Library (2002 Bull St.) 3rd floor–accessible by staircase or elevator. (The elevator is near the lobby circulation desk.)
2) Saturdays @ 10:30-11:30 AM–a new community practice at the Bull St. Library (2002 Bull St.) Auditorium–at the main entrance lobby. (NOTE: 90 min. free parking next to the library is plentiful on Sat. mornings.)
3) Beginning Friday July 12 @ 12:00 – 1:00 PM–a new weekly community practice at the Southwest Chatham Library (14097 Abercorn St.) Adjacent to the Savannah Mall, across from the Veteran’s Administration Clinic on Shawnee St. Ample free parking.
Wednesdays at Whitefield Square, Fridays at St. Thomas Episcopal Church (Isle of Hope), and Saturdays at Forsyth Park are on hiatus until September. All other meetings continue as scheduled.
Ten weekly community classes and meetings–in seven different locations–are free and open to the public. First-timers and beginners are welcome at any of these sessions! Check the current schedule overview and/or our recently added Google Calendar to learn more about all of our current offerings.
