Qigong Classes and Gatherings in Savannah

Around Savannah, there are opportunities to practice Qigong with SQC teachers and co-leaders most days of the week. An overview of our offerings appears below. The listed teacher typically leads a class or session, but may occasionally designate someone else to lead instead.

Comfortable clothing in which you can easily move is recommended.

Exercises and movements in SQC classes are gentle in nature. Beginners and first-timers are welcome at any class meeting. If you are new to Qigong and have any physical challenges or recent injuries, please arrive 10 min. before the hour and introduce yourself to the teacher. They will suggest modifications so that your practice can be beneficial and enjoyable. If standing practice presents a challenge, most exercises can be done while seated. (All participants are responsible for their own self-care in this respect.)

In cases of inclement weather, special events, or during holiday weeks, sessions may be cancelled. Our Google calendar is frequently updated. We suggest checking the calendar each week for updates.

Teacher contact information appears following the schedule overview.
