Upcoming Qigong Workshops in Savannah

The work of teaching members of the Savannah Qigong Collaborative is primarily community based. Occasionally, SQC teachers present special workshops, or invite Qigong masters from a variety of schools to present workshops. These workshops typically require pre-registration and payment of a workshop fee. Details about upcoming events appear below.

Twelve Rivers Qigong with SQC teacher Clayton Crosley

Learn a set of 12 powerful Qigong health exercises for the main organ meridians of the body. The 12 Rivers exercises  promote strength, balance, and overall wellness. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced Qigong students. (These standing practices can be adapted for participants who need to sit for part or all of the practice periods.)

Between Heaven and Earth Qigong with SQC teacher Clayton Crosley

Learn a set of simple Qigong exercises to activate the energy meridians of the body. These exercises promote balance, vitality, and reduce stress. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced Qigong students.
(These standing practices can be adapted for participants who need to sit for part or all of the practice periods.)
